Josh Boggi is the International Community Manager at the Invictus Games Foundation, leading the engagement and development of the global We Are Invictus community - connecting wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women through sport, adventure, and service.
Josh was injured while serving in the British Army when he was caught in an IED blast in Afghanistan in 2010, resulting in the loss of both legs and his right arm. A former Invictus Games competitor, he represented Team UK at the London and Orlando Games, winning five medals across both. He has since continued to push boundaries - cycling across America, becoming the world’s first triple amputee rescue diver, and completing a tandem skydive beside Mount Everest.
Today, Josh leads the Foundation’s signature programme in Ukraine, working with international and local partners to deliver recovery and community opportunities for Ukrainian wounded, injured, and sick veterans. He also oversees the We Are Invictus platform and supports the growth of local and regional activity across the global community.
Drawing on his lived experience, Josh brings authenticity, empathy, and purpose to his work, championing the power of sport, service, and community to transform lives.
