Helen has over 15 years’ experience in leadership roles in international organisations, including three of the world’s largest humanitarian INGOs, delivering growth strategies, driving organisational change, fundraising, communications & marketing, managing private sector and philanthropic partnerships on global social issues, and building and leading teams to deliver significant results.

Helen has held senior roles in World Vision, Crown Agents and Save the Children, working across Africa, Latin America & Asia. She has led teams to launch innovative partnerships and campaigns, delivered high profile events, established and led advisory Boards and set up the charitable entity for a leading international development company. Helen joined the Invictus Games Foundation in September 2024.

She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team leading on all aspects of growth for the organisation, including global partnerships, as well as formulating and driving the organisation’s long-term strategy. Helen is passionate about the power of sport in her own life. She recently completed her first Iron Man 70.3 and regularly competes in triathlons and has a passion for weight lifting and running. She has three young children who keep her on her toes.
