As Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Sustainability of dentsu Japan, Atsuko Kuchiba is responsible for leading DEI and sustainability initiatives across more than 140 companies within the group. Another important role Atsuko holds is as a director at Dentsu Solari Inc., where she oversees the company’s operations that employ about 100 individuals with disabilities.

After graduating from a national university in Thailand, she began her career locally before joining Dentsu Inc. At Dentsu, she has led business development and marketing initiatives across a wide range of industries, both in Japan and internationally. She currently serves as Chair of the DE&I Committee at the Japan Advertising Agencies Association (JAAA) and is a Jury Member for the 2025 Cannes Lions Glass: The Lion for Change category.
