Julia Brehuescu (she/her) is the Global Accessibility Partner at Sanofi, based in The Netherlands. With a background in digital and quality assurance industry, Iulia discovered her passion for equitable systems - coordinating disability inclusion practices across large organizations and building accessibility programs from the ground up.

In her role at Sanofi, Iulia is responsible for setting and operationalizing the global standard for accessibility across digital and physical environments. Her commitment to championing accessibility has resulted in the successful implementation of comprehensive accessibility programs, significantly enhancing access for people with disabilities within the workplace and beyond.

With a keen understanding of the intersection between accessibility, technology, and organizational culture, Iulia brings a unique perspective to her work. After graduating in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania, Iulia pursued a multi-disciplinary career path that allowed her to develop a diverse skill set that proved invaluable in her current role. She is now a certified Accessibility Professional (CPACC) and Equity Sequence® Trainer, expanding her areas of expertise into broader equity topics.
