Martina Fuga is President at CoorDown, where she has led award-winning global campaigns such as Dear Future Mom, The Hiring Chain, and Assume that I Can. Active in the Down syndrome community since 2005, she has collaborated on numerous advocacy initiatives to promote inclusion and self-representation. Martina is also a partner at Kopernicana, working on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and strategic communication. Author and speaker, she has addressed audiences worldwide, including at the United Nations for World Down Syndrome Day Conference and at TEDx with her talk Embracing Diversity.
