Kaz Takeda has been sought out as a professional for people management including change leadership with project management skillsets. He is currently responsible for Inclusion & Diversity and Wellness to further penetrate AXA corporate culture for AXA Japan, which composed of two entities, life insurance and general insurance. As the part of this role, he leads the evolution in employment of People with Disabilities. He also overseas compensation & benefits, HR project management as well as general services.

Prior to the current role, he has accumulated a broad and diverse range of human resourcesexperience through his work at various global insurance companies both inside and outside of Japan, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and strategic HR planning. In addition to his human resources expertise, he is a certified Master Black Belt in GE Six Sigma and has extensive project management experience, which has contributed to improving business operations. He has knowledge and experience in supply chain management within the energy and consumer goods industry.

He graduated from the faculty of law in Tohoku University.
