Having experience in human resources, recruitment, and development in foreign financial companies, I view the employment of individuals with disabilities as a social issue. I resonate with Sony's approach to talent and joined the Sony Group. After joining, I have been responsible for a wide range of diversity areas, and currently, I am in charge of promoting the employment of individuals with disabilities across the group as the cross-group disability employment officer. My goal is to create an environment where each individual can grow and thrive alongside the company, and to expand this initiative throughout society.
