Neil Griffiths is the Global and Europe Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Kearney, a global management consulting firm with a presence in over 40 countries. He previously served as Global Head of DEI at ERM, the world’s largest sustainability consultancy.

With more than 20 years of experience across inclusion, strategic communications, and organizational culture, Neil is recognized for his ability to lead transformative initiatives across complex, multinational environments. His thought leadership extends into the voluntary sector, where he has held senior roles with international organizations, and chaired two task forces on DEI within the communication profession.
