Pascal Bijleveld became ATscale’s first CEO in November 2021. He brings two decades of leadership in global public health across the private and public sectors, with deep experience in market shaping and systems transformation. Previously, he was Director of Country Support at Gavi, leading Covid-19 vaccine delivery for COVAX. He also led UNICEF’s multi-agency RMNCH Strategy and co-developed the Global Financing Facility with the World Bank. Pascal has held senior roles with the Clinton Health Access Initiative, WHO, and McKinsey, and holds a master’s from the LSE.
