Stephane Leblois is the Strategic Initiatives Advisor for the Global Initiative on Inclusive ICTs (G3ict). Prior to joining G3ict, Stephane was the Chief Community and Programmes Officer for the Valuable 500, where he led the design and execution of research initiatives and programmes to drive disability inclusion and accessibility on a systems-level in business. Stephane has worked in a number of issue areas, both domestically and globally, including access to inclusive education, employment, digital accessibility, and access to inclusive healthcare. He is also a global disability inclusion and accessibility consultant, working with private and public sector entities to advance their disability inclusion and accessibility objectives, including Walmart, EY, Advance AutoParts, KPMG, and others. He also has a strong trackrecord in designing and delivering impactful programs and research to support private and public sector companies’ disability inclusion efforts. Stephane is also deeply passionate about the transformational nature of sport as a tool to drive inclusion - he founded the pioneering Washington Wolfpack RFC, the first disability-inclusive rugby team in the US.
