Gabriel Marcolongo is the CEO and founder of Incluyeme.com, an organization promoting the workforce inclusion of people with disabilities across 14 Latin American countries. The platform partners with 700+ companies and supports over 240,000 registered job seekers with disabilities. Gabriel was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and selected by Forbes as one of its 30 Promises. He is an engineer from UTN with postgraduate studies at Harvard, Cambridge, Stanford, UVA, and Babson. He has spoken at global forums including Davos, the World Bank, and the United Nations. He lives with Paula and their daughters, Clara and Sofía.
