- Quiet room: a quiet environment with moderated noise and light will be available to attendees during the summit.
- Audio descriptions: At the start of each event speakers will describe themselves and the content of their presentations.
- Dietary needs: the catering will accommodate all dietary requirements.
- Travel by plane: the hotel is situated close to Haneda Airport, which is only 13 minutes away from the hotel on Tokyo Monorail.
- Travel by train: the nearest train station is the Hamamatsucho Station, which is only a 7 minute walk from the South exit.
