• Accessibility information for the venue: All major areas have wheelchair accessible routes and facilities. Elevators and designated restrooms are available.
• Interpretation: Sign language and human-generated captions will be provided.
• Audio Description: At the start of each event, speakers will introduce themselves and provide a visual description.
• Parking Information: Accessible parking spaces are available near the venue entrance. As spaces are limited, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
• Other considerations: If you have any special considerations or requests, please let us know in the personal information section of the registration site.
• By plane: The venue hotel is close to Haneda Airport, just 13 minutes away by Tokyo Monorail.
• By train: The nearest station is Hamamatsucho Station, just a 7-minute walk from the south exit.
