Karyn Twaronite is the EY Global Vice Chair – Inclusiveness, leading initiatives to build an inclusive culture for 400,000 employees across 150 countries, alongside our clients and communities. She and her team set the strategy and approach to maximize the business value of inclusiveness at EY, partnering closely with EY business leaders for activation.
Karyn started her EY career as a tax professional more than 25 years ago, before transitioning to shape talent, culture and inclusiveness practices. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University of Ohio, a Master’s in Taxation from Fordham University and a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Harvard Business School. Karyn serves on the United Way of New York City board and the Catalyst Board of Advisors and is a licensed CPA in New York.
