Sarah has had a broad and varied career, which began working for a global marketing and communications company in the City of London. She is a fierce and long-standing advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion and as Head of Inclusive Leadership, she leads the charge in integrating disability inclusion into organisational leadership across the Valuable 500 companies. Sarah is well-versed in many aspects of DEI and studied Disability and Development at University College London. A creative at heart, she has a degree in photography and has lived and worked in Argentina.
